Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. VPC7 is not supported on the Home editions and I believe a policy setting in the registry prevents its deployment. Choose the 32 bit or 64 bit button based on your host OS. When you start the installation you should see a message advising you that the software is not supported on your OS.
I emphacize that this message is advisory. Supported does not mean run. It just means not supported by Microsoft Support personnel. As far as I know it will run.
